1. Information We Collect

Our Apps are designed with privacy in mind. The information we collect depends on which App you use.

A. Word Drop

Word Drop does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information from you directly. Specifically:

• We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location.
• We do not collect payment information. All in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• We do not use advertising networks or sell your data to third parties.
• All gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your device.

B. Word Bridge

Word Bridge offers optional account-based features including global leaderboards and group play. To use these features, we collect and store the following:

Account Information (collected via Sign In with Apple):

• Your Apple ID (a unique identifier assigned by Apple)
• Your email address (which Apple may provide as your real address or an anonymized relay address, at your choice)

User-Generated Content:

• A screen name you choose, which is displayed publicly on leaderboards

Gameplay Data:

• Your puzzle completion times and scores
• The dates on which you completed puzzles
• Leaderboard group memberships you create or join

We store this information on secure servers operated by Supabase, Inc. You can play Word Bridge without creating an account; account creation is only required to access leaderboard and group features.

2. Automatically Collected Information (Apple Analytics)

If you have opted in to share analytics with app developers through your device settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymous information about how the Apps are used, including:

• App launch frequency and session duration.
• Features used and general gameplay patterns.
• Crash reports and performance data.

This information is aggregated and anonymized — it cannot be used to identify you personally.

3. In-App Purchases

Our Apps may offer optional in-app purchases. All transactions are processed directly by Apple through the App Store. Water Mill Games LLC:

• Never receives, stores, or processes your payment card information.
• Does not have access to your Apple ID password or billing details.

For Word Bridge, we use RevenueCat, Inc. to verify and manage in-app purchase entitlements. RevenueCat receives a purchase receipt from Apple to confirm your purchase status. RevenueCat does not receive your payment card information.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only to operate and improve our Apps:

• To display your screen name and scores on leaderboards
• To enable group leaderboard features
• To restore your purchases and account access across devices
• To maintain the integrity of leaderboard rankings

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Word Drop is rated 4+ and Word Bridge is rated 13+. We take children's privacy seriously. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's App Store guidelines:

• Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• We do not display behavioral advertising.
• We do not include chat features.
• Word Bridge requires Sign In with Apple to access leaderboard and group features. Apple requires users to be at least 13 years old to create an Apple ID, which serves as an additional safeguard against underage account creation.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete such information.

6. Third-Party Services

Word Drop: Beyond Apple's platform services described above, Word Drop does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or social platforms. Your gameplay remains entirely on your device.

Word Bridge uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase, Inc. — secure cloud database for storing account and gameplay data (supabase.com/privacy)
• RevenueCat, Inc. — in-app purchase verification (revenuecat.com/privacy)
• Apple Sign In — account authentication (apple.com/legal/privacy)

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Word Bridge account data (screen name, scores, group memberships) is retained for as long as your account is active. If you would like your data deleted, please contact us at the email address below and we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days.

Word Drop stores no data on our servers; deleting the App removes all locally stored data.

8. Data Security

Word Bridge data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Word Drop stores no personal data on our servers — gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your device and may be backed up through iCloud if you have iCloud backup enabled, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at the URL below and will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
